To successfully verify your account as a foreigner, follow these 2 easy steps:
1. Complete your player profile:
🔹Fill in all required details, including:
a. IBAN (bank account number) - personal and only Polish bank account
b. Address
c. Identity document number
2. Submit the Required Documents:
🔹Provide one of the following documents:
A permanent residence card that includes your PESEL number
or
a document confirming the assignment of a PESEL number, issued by the relevant office.

âť“Why do I need to verify my account?
Account verification is required by Polish law to ensure compliance with regulations related to identity verification, responsible gaming, and anti-money laundering measures. This process helps protect both players and the platform.
❓What if I don’t have a polish address?
If you don’t have a Polish address, you may still verify your account using your foreign address. However, you must ensure that your identity documents are valid and meet the necessary requirements. If additional verification is needed, our support team will guide you through the process.
❓What if I don’t have a polish bank account?
If you don’t have a Polish IBAN, you will not be able to withdraw funds. A Polish bank account is required for withdrawals, so make sure to provide a valid IBAN registered in Poland to complete the process successfully.
